When tapping the QR code tab and then tapping “START SCAN,” you’re prompted to give trulyMEid permissions to use the camera. You accept, and give trulyMEid permission to use the camera, and you can see the QR code in the app…but the app never recognizes and processes the QR code.

RESOLUTION

Tap your Android device’s “back” button to return to the screen with the “START SCAN” button, then tap the “START SCAN” button. This time, trulyMEid will recognize and process the QR code.
