I forgot my PIN. Can you help me recover it?

To ensure the security of the IDs in your trulyMEid virtual wallet app, your PIN is not logged or stored in the trulyMEid cloud. If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you’ll need to uninstall and reinstall the app on your device. Then, when you launch the reinstalled app for the first time, you’ll setup a new PIN to secure the app during the app registration process.

If you’ve forgotten your PIN and your device has a biometric login available, you can use your biometric to authenticate to the trulyMEid app.
